Discover Your Unique Kibbe Body Type

Explore all 13 Kibbe body types and find which one resonates with your natural silhouette. Each type has its own beautiful characteristics and style recommendations to help you express your authentic self.

Understanding Kibbe Body Types

Created by image consultant David Kibbe in the 1980s, the Kibbe system is a holistic approach to body typing that goes beyond simple measurements. It considers your bone structure, flesh distribution, and facial features to determine your innate physical presence—your “Yin-Yang balance.”

Unlike other systems that try to “correct” perceived flaws, Kibbe's philosophy celebrates your natural silhouette and helps you dress in harmony with it. When you honor your true type, clothing can feel more comfortable, look more harmonious, and better express who you are.
